How It Works

Choose four settings
Browse the house and pick any four of our sixteen settings. If you cannot narrow it down, tell us what she wears every day and we will choose for you — that is usually the better answer.

Place a refundable hold
A $95 deposit secures your box. It is refunded in full the day your box comes back to us, or credited entirely against your ring if you commission one. It is a hold, not a charge — we simply cannot ship a box across the Atlantic and back on nothing.

Your box arrives
Precision replicas of the real settings — correct dimensions, correct proportions, correct band width, in your size. Shipped free and fully tracked to any address in the United States. Allow seven to ten days; we ship from London and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Live with them for a week
Wear them. Photograph them in daylight. Show her sister. Seven days is yours. When you are done, seal the prepaid return label we included and hand it to any carrier — nothing to pay, nothing to arrange.
Why there is a deposit
Most houses that do this are large enough to absorb the loss when a box never comes home. We are not, yet. A $95 hold is what lets a small house in Hatton Garden send a box to Denver, Nashville or Portland without it becoming a cost we cannot carry.
It is refunded the day the box returns, or credited in full against your ring. If you commission from us, it costs you nothing at all.
Questions
Are there real diamonds in the box?
No. These are unset replicas cast from the same CAD files as the real settings, so the shape, scale and feel on the hand are exact — but there are no stones and the metal is not precious. That is what lets us send them to you for the price of a deposit rather than the price of a ring.
What if I do not know her ring size?
Send the box in a size 6 — the most common US size — and use it to find out. Slipping a replica onto her finger while she is asleep has worked for more of our clients than any of them will admit. Final sizing is free and we resize the real ring at no charge.
What if I lose one, or the dog eats it?
Tell us. A missing replica costs us very little to reprint and we will not withhold your deposit over one. The deposit exists for boxes that never come back at all, not for accidents.
Do I get the deposit back if I do not buy?
Yes. In full, the day the box arrives back with us, to the same card. There is no obligation attached to trying at home, and we would rather you decided against a $3,000 ring in your kitchen than in our hands.
Can I try at home and still have something bespoke?
That is what most people do. The box tells you which silhouette suits her hand; the bespoke conversation starts from there. Design, sketches and your 3D CAD render are free either way.
