The love of jewellery arrived through nature first: organic form, mineral colour, the geometry of leaves and water. At 21, Bryan began designing rings in CAD, building them in Rhino 3D and collaborating with the workshops of Hatton Garden, the centre of the British jewellery trade since the Victorian era.

Hatton Garden is a village of cutters, setters, mounters and polishers working within a few streets of each other, and it does not hand out its standards. You learn them the hard way: by bringing work to a bench and having it handed back. Bryan designs and directs; the benches he commissions build. Every Jabour ring is made by those hands, to that standard, in that village.

In 2025, Bryan founded Bairro Jabour together with Sabrina Braz: raised in an entrepreneurial family, and the sharpest judge he knows of what a piece of jewellery should feel like on a living hand. Months after the company papers were signed, so was something else. She became his fiancée.

That is the order of things here: love and work, inseparable from the first day. The tagline was never invented in a meeting.

Nothing at Bairro Jabour sits in stock. Every ring is made to order: your stone, your metal, your hands. It takes longer, four to six weeks honestly stated, and it is the only way we know to make a ring that belongs to one person and no one else. In Portuguese we say feito do zero. The nearest English is from the ground up, and in Goiabeiras it is literal: the paneleiras dig their clay from the mangrove floor and shape every pot by hand. We make rings the same way, from nothing, for one person.

It also means you see everything: the certificate before you commit, the drawing and the model before a gram of gold is cut, and a clear quotation before anything begins. We built the transparency we wished we had found as customers.

The goal was never only a ring. It is to put Jabour on the map: a global jeweller that carries the name of one small bairro in Vitória, Espírito Santo, to every hand it reaches.

That is why Bairro Jabour is an official sponsor of Jabour E.C. in Brazil. We take the bairro’s name out into the world, and stand behind the club that carries it at home.

We are young, and we intend to earn our history one couple at a time. Every ring leaves us with its certificate, a 12-month warranty, and our number. When it needs resizing, cleaning, a polish, or simply admiring, you come back to the people who designed it and made it.

Because the moment we work for has only ever had three words in it.
