OUR STORY

Every House Begins
With a Promise.

Ours began in a mangrove in Vitória, and grew up in Hatton Garden.

I

The Mangrove

Our founder, Bryan Bolzan, was born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in Jabour: a neighbourhood of Goiabeiras, Vitória, in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo, where the streets end in mangrove and the mangrove ends in sea. Childhood was the beach and the tide roots. It was a daily education in how nature builds beautiful things: slowly, organically, layer by layer. That aesthetic runs through every collection this house makes.

Goiabeiras is also craft country. It is the home of the paneleiras, the artisan women whose hand-shaped black clay pots, finished with tannin drawn from mangrove bark, became the first tradition ever registered as intangible cultural heritage of Brazil. Growing up beside them teaches you something permanent: the highest form of luxury is a thing made by hand, by someone with a name, the same way for generations. This house is named after that place.

II

The Apprentice

The love of jewellery arrived through nature first: organic form, mineral colour, the geometry of leaves and water. At 21, Bryan began designing rings in CAD, building them in Rhino 3D and collaborating with the workshops of Hatton Garden, the centre of the British jewellery trade since the Victorian era.

Collaboration became apprenticeship. Hatton Garden is a village of cutters, setters, mounters and polishers working within a few streets of each other, and it does not hand out its standards; you earn them at the bench. Every Jabour ring is made to that standard, in that village.

III

The House

In 2025, Bryan founded Jabour & Co. together with Sabrina Braz: raised in an entrepreneurial family, and the sharpest judge he knows of what a piece of jewellery should feel like on a living hand. Months after the company papers were signed, so was something else. She became his fiancée.

That is the order of this house: love and work, inseparable from the first day. The tagline was never invented in a meeting.

IV

From Zero

Nothing at Jabour & Co. sits in stock. Every ring is made to order: your stone, your metal, your hands. It takes longer, four to six weeks honestly stated, and it is the only way we know to make a ring that belongs to one person and no one else. In Portuguese we say feito do zero: made from nothing, for one person.

It also means you see everything. Real certified diamonds with live pricing. The certificate before you commit. The price before you book anything. We built the transparency we wished we had found as customers.

V

The Promise

We are a young house and we intend to earn our history one couple at a time. Every ring leaves Hatton Garden with its certificate, a lifetime warranty, and our number. When it needs resizing, cleaning, or simply admiring, you come back to the people who made it.

Because the moment we work for has only ever had three words in it.

She Said Yes.
