Made to Order
All Jabour & Co. rings are made to order and crafted individually to your specifications. Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment received.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. This deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
Full Payment Refunds
Full payments are refundable within 14 days if production has not yet started. Contact hello@jabour.co within this window to request a refund.
Diamond Certification
All natural diamonds are certified by internationally recognised grading laboratories (GIA, IGI, or equivalent). Certificates accompany every ring.
Insured Delivery
Delivery is fully insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent international courier. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ring Resizing
Complimentary ring resizing is available within 6 months of delivery. One resize per ring. Contact hello@jabour.co to arrange.
Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke commissions are subject to individual terms agreed in writing before production begins.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
