Every Jabour & Co. ring comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty. We stand behind every piece we create — if anything goes wrong due to our workmanship, we will make it right.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects in metalwork or setting
- Stone loss due to setting failure (not impact)
- Structural issues arising from our craftsmanship
- Prong wear assessment and re-tipping (annual service)
What Is Not Covered
- Accidental damage, impact, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Loss or theft of the ring or stones
- Damage caused by chemical exposure or improper cleaning
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, email hello@jabour.co with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will arrange assessment and repair at no cost to you for covered defects.
