THE PROCESS

Initial Consultation
We begin with a private conversation — in person in central London, by phone, or over video. You share your vision; we listen carefully and ask the right questions.

Design & Sketching
Our designer translates your ideas into detailed hand sketches and a full 3D CAD render, so you see the ring before a single gram of metal is bought. All of it free, with three rounds of amendments included. You approve every stage and owe nothing until you commission.

Stone Sourcing
We access diamonds and precious gemstones directly from global cutters — natural and lab-grown. Every stone is graded and certified. We present shortlisted stones for your approval before anything is purchased.

Master Craftsmanship
Your ring is hand-crafted by a single master jeweller on a Hatton Garden bench. Typical production is four to six weeks. You receive updates at each milestone.
