2. Commissions and Contract Formation

• ●Every piece is made to order following a consultation. All commissions are subject to availability and acceptance.
• ●When you book a consultation or receive a quotation, we will confirm it by email. This does not constitute acceptance.
• ●A contract is formed only when we confirm your commission in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment

• ●Every piece is quoted individually, in writing, after your consultation. Quotations are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT; for clients abroad we can quote in US dollars. Duties or import charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
• ●Until a commission is confirmed in writing, a quotation may be revised without prior notice.
• ●A deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before delivery, as set out in our Terms of Sale.
• ●We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• ●We offer worldwide delivery, with free insured delivery included on every commission.
• ●Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on location and product availability.
• ●Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• ●We offer a no-hassle, full refund on eligible returns made within 30 days of receipt.
• ●Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and certificates included.
• ●Custom, engraved, or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
